About The Role
The Store Manager's primary role is leading and training the team, driving sales and wage control through stock rotation, and delivering a high level of customer service to ensure Spendless Shoes remains the friendliest shoe people in the world.

Your Attributes
Previous experience in a Retail/Hospitality or Sales industry
Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team
Stock management and merchandising experience
Understanding of sales budgets & KPIs
Knowledge of rosters, wage control & people performance
Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt
Strong customer service skills
Thrive in a fun, fast-paced work environment
Motivation to be successful; confident and passionate
Passion for fashion footwear
