We're Parker Rose Music, one of Brisbane's leading vocal coaching academies and we're looking for a passionate and skilled Vocal Coach to join our team in our brand-new New Farm studio.

**Job Overview**:
As a Vocal Coach at Parker Rose Music Academy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality music education to students of various ages and skill levels. Your role involves fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment while progressing students through structured lessons and skill development. You'll work closely with our team to deliver an exceptional learning experience, contributing to the growth of our students and the school.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **?**_Deliver individual and group music lessons, ensuring progression for all students.
- **?**_Create professional lesson plans tailored to each student's needs, goals, and learning pace.
- **?**_Manage administrative tasks such as responding to lesson inquiries, scheduling lessons, and maintaining

student records.
- **?**_Assist with the promotion of the academy through social media, contributing ideas and content that showcase student achievements and school events.
- **?**_Support academy events, including concerts and recitals, by helping with planning, organising, and ensuring student readiness.
- **?**_Collaborate with other staff and management to align your work with the academy's strategic objectives and goals.
- **?**_Maintain a clean and organised teaching environment, ensuring instruments and equipment are in good working condition.
- **?**_Contribute positively to the academy's culture by promoting a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere for students and staff.

**Work Hours and Schedule**:
? Flexible working hours based on availability.

? Availability to teach during peak lesson times, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.

? Occasional event and concert participation outside of regular teaching hours.

? **Position Type**: Casual, with potential to progress to part-time or full-time as student demand grows. Hours will be built based on student bookings.
