**About the role**:
Full-time contract to join our collaborative specialised pharmacy dispensing program. You will be based at Calvary John James Hospital Campus in Deakin. The key focus will be to provide administrative services to the specialised pharmacy program, including dispensing, use of Microsoft programs and answer queries over the phone. Reporting to the specialised pharmacy program Team Leader and Pharmacy Area Manager, you will be required to work 38 hours per week.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Dispensing of PBS authority medication
- Stock management duties
- Process PBS claim
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the specialised pharmacy dispensing program
- Assisting with patient account enquiries by phone
- Administrative duties using Microsoft suite products (Excel, Word & Outlook)

**About you**:
We are seeking a recent school leaver OR university student who can commit to working full-time and wants to develop a new set of skills within a unique area of pharmacy.

To succeed in this role, you will have effective written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience is not required, as we provided a specialised dispensing training program for you to succeed in the role. A willingness to learn and the ability to pick up tasks efficiently is crucial.
