During the week, the C-bar is the perfect spot for a quiet drink with friends, a light meal, or coffee.
On weekends, our locals come to enjoy live music in the evening and Sunday sessions in an al fresco setting.
Our focus is on delivering a quality experience in every aspect, from food and drink to entertainment.What you can expect in a day in this role:In these roles, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries from our gaming patrons and guests, preparing and dispensing beverages, running food, and taking orders, all with exceptional customer service.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Assisting with gaming functions and operationsAssisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries, and complaintsUphold cleanliness and hygiene standardsTaking orders and running food to tablesAssist with large groups or bookingsWhat you will bring to the role:Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, have a passion for the industry, and provide excellent customer service.We are also looking for:Demonstrated cash handling proficiencyHave a "can-do" attitude and willingness to learnKnowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and proceduresAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesCurrent Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer and Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates would be advantageousPlease note that to be successful in this role, you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.A successful candidate in this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.What you can expect from us:Along with this fantastic role and Federal Hospitality discounts across our hospitality and tourism properties, you will also receive:Access to hundreds of discounts across many brands, helping you save on everyday expenses, including phone bills, fuel and groceries, fashion, restaurants, and entertainmentSupportive work environment with learning and development opportunitiesStaff Uniform suppliedFree Parking (where available)Interested?
