About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused
Front Office Supervisor
to join our team at Rydges North Sydney. In this pivotal role, you will support the Front Office Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
Assist with rostering, shift management, and ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and KPI targets.
Maintain strong communication and coordination with other hotel departments.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role within hospitality.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
