**ACESGroup** are seeking motivated customer service professionals to work in our Event Force division providing a high level of customer service to our clients and their patrons across various locations in the Sydney metropolitan area. We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities and duties may include**:
- Customer service and guidance information
- Queue management and line containment
- Concierge services
- COVID Safe monitoring and check-in compliance
- Point of sale services
- Ticketing and ushering
- RSA monitoring.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
- Customer service experience
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- The ability to follow specific procedures
- Willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccination (if required)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable)**.**
