**About the Role**
WA Cricket has an exciting role that will deliver key WA Cricket health partnership outcomes through community cricket stakeholders, connecting communities through cricket.
The new role of Community Health & Partnerships Officer will provide a key role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community partnership promotions and delivering key health promotion outcomes.
This role will also be integral in liaising with community clubs and associations to ensure partnership outcomes are achieved.
This is a part time (3 days a week), 12 month role, with the possibility of an extension.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community partnership promotions, delivering key health promotion outcomes related to WA Cricket's partnership with Healthway's 'Think Mental Health' Campaign.
- Liaise with community clubs and associations to ensure partnership outcomes are achieved in line with affiliate and sponsor agreements.
- Develop club resources and toolkits promoting key partner outcomes and health promotion objectives.
- Work with local communities to identify their health promotion needs and current local strategies.
- Act as the "Mental Health Champion" for WA Cricket
- Contribute to reporting and acquittals related to partner agreements and delivery.
- Networking and collaboration with key government and non-government professionals and community organisations to ensure support for health promotion initiatives.
- Establish and lead key advisory groups related to WA Cricket's Mental Health promotion and partnership delivery.
- Development and implementation of Club Mental Health Ambassador program
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in planning health promotion programs.
- Knowledge or an interest in driving positive Mental Health outcomes in the community.
- High level of communication skills including oral communication and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite.
- Strong time management and attention to detail skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Tertiary Qualification in Health Promotion or Public Health (desirable).
- Demonstrated public speaking skills and ability to facilitate professional development (desirable).
- Knowledge of sponsorship servicing (desirable).
