For over 75 years, they have given hope to borrowers who have been turned away by the major lenders and banks.About The OpportunityWe are currently looking for a Credit Analyst to join our client's team.
Reporting to the Credit Manager you'll play a key role in the assessment and processing of mortgage applications.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your credit experience in a non-conforming lending environment.You'll work alongside a supportive team of Credit Analysts, BDMs, and the Senior Leadership that will help you grow in your credit career.Key responsibilities, you will be:Prepare, assess, and submit consumer and business loan applications in line with internal policies.Oversee scenarios and workshop deals in collaboration with the Credit Manager and other senior stakeholders.Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, sales teams, and internal departments.About YouA minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis or underwriting, ideally within mortgage, finance, or banking sectors.Exposure to non-conforming lending will be highly regarded.Solid understanding of mortgage lending and complex financial structures, including companies and trusts.Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.Prior experience holding a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) will be highly desirable.
