This is a highly rewarding but challenging role operating from one of Metricon's beautifully presented new home display centres within **North West Sydney.**

You will be working closely with our experienced New Home Advisors in a support capacity, gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales process.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisor's
- Work closely with New Home Advisor's in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
- Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon's display centres
- Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
- Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
- Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
- Liaise with customers for all sales queries.

- Prior sales experience is desirable
- You will need to be flexible to travel to multiple work locations as you may be assigned to a specific display centre or multiple display centres within the selling region; and
- Reliable car with a current driver's license.
