This full time permanent position also supports a wide range of administrative support to the Central Anatomical Laboratory and Central AP Admin team as required under the Direction of the Officer Supervisor.
Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation, external agencies and the public in a tactful and, where necessary, confidential manner.
- Proven ability to work autonomously to manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and to show initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Organisational skills and the ability to use initiative and be adaptable in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use a wide variety of computer software and maintain accurate records.
- Current knowledge of medical terminology and well-developed keyboard and data entry skills.

Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
- While not mandatory, experience in medical office administration and medical terminology would be highly regarded.
