We are a popular and bustling fish and chip takeaway shop, known for our delicious, freshly prepared meals and excellent customer service. We take pride in providing our customers with a great experience and are looking for a dedicated and experienced supervisor to help lead our team.

Position Overview:
As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management. You will work closely with the team to maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with cash handling, including opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry, preferably in a takeaway or fast-food environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
