Overview
Luxury Escapes is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of a ground-breaking new retail store in Bondi. The role focuses on delivering an extraordinary customer experience and guiding a team of travel enthusiasts to provide unparalleled service and personalized travel experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the store team to pursue opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ensure all customer interactions with Luxury Escapes are of an exceptional standard and follow up opportunities to drive conversions.
Operationally manage store performance, provide reporting to senior leadership, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Resolve customer issues and escalations, coaching team members through the process.
Coach and mentor team members to drive performance, achieve targets, and uphold scripts, processes, and procedures.
Participate in leadership and management meetings to report on performance and identify service improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all store protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Team Leader in retail travel.
Excellent people management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to influence and find alternative resolutions.
Ability to build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Proven track record of meeting KPIs in a demanding environment.
Ability to quickly identify issues and present clear solutions or recommendations.
Strong communication skills to engage with all parties in a constructive manner.
