The Thrive Spot is a neuroaffirming paediatric clinic based in Dapto.
We are looking for full-time or part-time Occupational Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
Whether you are an early career therapist or bring a few years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Work with neurodivergent children and young people aged 0–18 across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech pathologists and other allied health professionals.
Partner with families to build function, confidence, and joy in daily activities.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's license + car for community visits
A passion for paediatrics and family-centred care
A desire to work as part of a fun, flexible, and passionate team
