What you'll be doing...You'll play a key role in supporting our Group Services business units with analysis, insights, and reporting.
Working closely with experienced leaders, you'll learn how to: Support financial planning – help prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Deliver insights – contribute to reporting that drives business decisions.Analyse performance – assist in monitoring results and spotting opportunities.Support improvements – explore ways to make processes more efficient and impactful.Grow commercially – learn how finance partners with the business to maximise value.
What you'll bring...We're not expecting years of experience – this is a role for someone at the start of their commercial career.
What matters most is your mindset: curiosity, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn.Ideally, you'll have:A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or business projects (through study, internships, or entry-level roles).
Great communication skills with the ability to explain numbers simply.An eagerness to build your commercial and analytical skillset.
