**Report to the Regional Manager**:

- Ensure Customer perspective drives all management decisions and Store activities
- Day to day operations of the Wagga Wagga Store
- Achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets
- Store's stocktake - inventory integrity
- Train and develop your Team
- Foster a collaborative, fun and results driven team environment
- Support development plans to progress SRG careers in your Team
- Liaise with relevant Support Office departments to take commercial control of your business
- Recruit and build Talent pipeline as needed

**You are**:

- An intrinsic leader with exceptional Customer service legacy
- Big box leadership leading teams of 20+
- Experience in managing within a retail or hospitality environment
- A commitment to workplace health and safety practices
- Strong visual merchandising standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and influencing sales skills
- Proven ability in mentoring and coaching abilities
- Computer literacy
- Be First Aid Qualified, or be willing to be trained (funded by SRG)

**MUST be available** to work late night trade and work rotating weekends

for this wonderful opportunity in the Riverina community.
