Overview
We currently have an opportunity available at our Wagga Wagga Store for a Store Manager.
The Store Manager is responsible for championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance and driving sales and growth at the store.
With safety as a core focus in everything that is done, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and productivity along with identifying and coordinating your team's individual training and development needs.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and empower staff; ensure compliance and safe work practices; maximize store performance.
Drive sales targets and business initiatives while ensuring superior service delivery.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate team development.
Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement and store growth.
About you
Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will take responsibility for leading, mentoring and empowering staff; ensuring compliance and safe work practices; and maximizing store performance.
Qualifications
Sound influencing and mentoring skills
Effective relationship management with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with key stakeholders
Commitment to health and safety
Exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills
