TheSite Manager role is pivotal to our recycling and logistics operations.
Managing 3 sites, you'll use your skill and experience to oversee daily operations and deliver innovation.The role involves:Leading site safety and environmental practices to ensure work is performed in a sustainable wayOversee all site operations, managing change and challenges as they occurMeet key operational KPIs through great planning and task executionEnsure we have the right people in the right roles at the right timesDeliver optimum asset and equipment usage outcomesWork with colleagues to deliver exemplary customer serviceReview and update data and then use that information to make decisionsStrong people leadershipWhat makes you a GOgetter:A track record of an uncompromising approach to safety and environmental managementPrior experience as a site or division operational leaderExperience in a fast-paced and highly regulated operational environmentA trade qualification or industry-relevant licence.
