You'll:Lead a high-performing, remote team with compassion and clarity.Ensure quality assessments and outcomes for clients.Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong community connections.Travel within your region and stay hands-on with occasional assessments.Receive comprehensive induction training and ongoing support.

What You BringProven leadership experience, especially with remote teams.Relevant qualifications in Nursing, OT, Physio, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology.A passion for aged care and client-centered service.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A commitment to our values: Integrity, Respect, Empathy, Achievement, Teamwork, and Enthusiasm.AHPRA registration (or equivalent), a valid driver's licence, and a reliable vehicle.Ready to Apply?
