**Our Client**
Our client is a not-for-profit Australian organisation that is a world class leader in their field. The business is continuously growing and are now in need of a
**permanent full-time** Financial Systems Manager to join their team based West of the CBD. The team is hard-working and collaborative giving you the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.

**The Role**
The Finance Systems Manager is responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of all daily, weekly, and monthly financial processing and system administration responsibilities. This role is required to provide timely reporting and enhance business processes to support effective decision making. Reporting into the Business Process Controller your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Maintaining and assisting with development of systems and practices
- Ensure the provision of a timely, accurate and customer focused service delivery
- Ensure that transactional service departments are meeting business requirements
- Manage delivery of Services in accordance with Service Level Agreements with a view to continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing management and support of the data repositories integration processes and analysis
- Deliver NetSuite FMIS training as required
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Lead the Finance systems Risk and Governance reviews
- Manage and implement systems updates, alongside systems integrity, and security

**About you**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- Completed CPA, CA or ICA qualification or working towards completion
- Over 6 years of relevant experience
- High level of technical knowledge on relevant Australian Accounting Standards
- Knowledge of NetSuite ERP systems (desirable)
- Detailed knowledge of payroll process and various award requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
