Our team is responsible for making informed technical and operational decisions relating to the execution of legislation and regulations, whilst maintaining a balance between community education and enforcement. Reporting to the Team Leader of Parking Operations, this position will support the City by:

- Effectively responding to customer enquiries regarding all matters relating to the enforcement of parking local laws and the issuing of parking infringement notices.
- Reporting irregularities in signposting, faulty or vandalized parking meters and damage to Council assets.
- Performing duties related to the reservation of parking spaces as required for events and authorised permits.

You will improve parking amenity and accessibility for residents, ratepayers and visitors of the City through regular patrols and presence in the community, and provide quality customer service in accordance with the Council's values.
