We're seeking a Technical Writer to join our team for an initial 12 month contract to assist with developing SOP's across Windows, Wintel and VMware environments.

**Your day at NTT**
- Review and document the "current state"
- Develop SOP around systems administration activities in line with ITIL v4
- Ensure all processes are compliant to ITIL v4 framework
- Manage, configure, troubleshoot and support on-premise servers
- Provide end user hardware support
- General infrastructure support, backup, disaster recovery planning
- Ensure all changes are compliant to ITIL v4 framework

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- NV1 Cleared or an Australian Citizen willing to go through the clearance process
- Willingness to work 5 days per week on site in Brisbane CBD
- ITIL v4
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Writer or Infrastructure support / Systems Administrator / Wintel Engineer
- Comfortable with producing SOP's for general IT infrastructure

**Technical knowledge across**
- Windows Server
- Linux RHEL (would be a bonus)
- SCCM, SCOM
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DNS, DHCP
- Citrix
- VMware
- Cisco UCS
- Powershell Scripting
