We are currently working with a local energy provider, part of a much larger international group, who is looking to substantially grow their Risk Management team and are implementing a new Risk Management and Reporting framework across their Energy Trading Business and we are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst with knowledge of trading and commercial risk to join our team.

**What will you be doing?**

The role is essentially to work with the Head of Risk and the rest of the Risk team to:

- Understand the risk framework that will be implemented and document the new processes that will be implemented as part of the new framework;
- Work with the IT team on understanding the current but more importantly documenting how IT systems will support and report on the new requirements in the framework;
- Work with senior and executive management and explain to them (with the Head of Risk) the new processes and reporting and what impact it will have within the operational business teams.

**To Qualify you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, understand a complex business area and develop detailed and appropriate process maps;
- Be able to work reasonably autonomously across a variety of stakeholder groups within the organisation;
- Ability to work and present to senior and executive management;
- Knowledge and experience in trading and financial risk management e.g Hedging, short and long positions, derivatives, Credit, Liquidity and Deal Risk Management and Reporting would be VERY highly regarded.
