**About the Role**
We're looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused **Medical Receptionist** to join our friendly team in a **part-time** capacity. This role will require travel between our **Booragoon** and **Forrestfield** clinics. _Travel between both locations is essential for this role._

You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
- Handle all phone enquiries in a timely and confidential manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle Medicare rebates
- Maintain accurate patient records and registration details Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming at all times

**What You'll Bring**
- A strong background in customer service or medical administration
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Experience in radiology or Medicare services (highly regarded, but not essential)
