As a seasoned dental professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Dentist to join our practice.
About the Opportunity
We have a unique chance to lead a 5-chair practice with breathtaking waterfront views, utilizing cutting-edge dental technologies and equipment. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 associate dentists, 2 hygienists, and a practice manager. With a loyal patient base of over 30 years, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Job Description
As our Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for motivating and empowering your team to deliver exceptional care and service. You will work closely with the practice manager to develop and implement clinical strategies that drive excellence in patient outcomes. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 7 years' experience working as a dentist in Australia, with high clinical standards and excellent communication skills.
Previous leadership and mentoring experience (desired)
Experience with CEREC, implants, Invisalign, surgicals, and GA lists
Current unconditional AHPRA registration
Appropriate qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
Current professional indemnity insurance
