We are looking for professional, dedicated, attention to detail Medical Receptionists, with GP clinic experience, to join our team.

Preferred experience with Best Practice Software.

MedCentres Robina is a beautiful state-of-the-art medical centre conveniently located in Robina, just across the Town Centre. Our mission is to provide excellent, compassionate care to our patients. We are a friendly team of passionate Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health and administration staff.

**About the Position**

The professional, dedicated, person we are seeking will have at least 12 months experience in a General Practice environment and is available to work approximately 15-38 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

- Handling of incoming phone calls
- Scanning and other admin tasks
- Delivery of premium customer service
- Enhancing the image of the front reception with professionalism
- Booking of GP appointments and Allied Health appointments
- Receipting of private billings with Tyro machines
- Medicare billings
- Opening/closing of practice
- Enthusiastic, with strong communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Highly organised plus good time management skills
- Excellent customer service
- Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Excellent computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- GP clinic: 1 year (required)
- Best Practice: 1 year (preferred)
