Remuneration:$76,810.21 to $88,999.56 + superannuation & leave loading
Join our dynamic team as a Works Team Leader, where you'll coordinate our Works Crews and Asset Inspection Officers.
Your leadership ensures timely and efficient inspections aligned with the Council's Work Program, Road Management Plan, and Service Level Agreements.
Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a motivated, collaborative team culture that drives high performance.
To be successful for this role you will require:
Certificate IV in Civil Construction or substantial relevant experience within similar role.
Relevant experience with Road Management Plan Asset inspections.
Extensive experience in general road and drainage construction/maintenance.
Experience in supervision and management of employees.
Construction Induction Card.
Experience in computer technology.
Victorian Working with Children Check.
Valid National Police Check and Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence.
