**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced Finance and Planning Analyst based in Sydney to assist in the Long Term Planning and Performance Management activities of Domain Group.**Who are you?**
- You have proven experience as a FP&A Analyst with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, sales driven environment.- Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, Long Term Planning, you will be an active partner in developing budget and performance management frameworks, deep analysis of business forecast performance and key stakeholder management across the broader finance teams and Domain business.**You will have**:

- Proven FP&A experience in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Comfortable manipulating and interpreting large amounts of data (financial and non-financial)
Passionate about process improvement - Continuously look for opportunities to improve reporting and insights
- Advanced Excel modelling and Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multi-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills
- A CA or CPA qualification (or nearly qualified) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau
- Trained in big 4 or mid tier accounting firm with some FP&A experience in a complex organization
