As a Warehouse Goods Handler, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely handling of products, from receiving to dispatching.
This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, a strong focus on customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards in the warehouse while supporting both internal and external customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving (40%)
: Receive and book incoming goods, process returned items, and ensure everything is stored properly and promptly.
Materials Handling (50%)
: Pick, check, pack, and ship orders.
Manage incoming shipments and ensure the warehouse is secure and organised.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently.
OH&S in the Warehouse (5%)
: Follow all Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) guidelines, reducing risks by using proper manual handling techniques.
Training (3%)
: Participate in training activities, including acting as a trainer when required.
Quality Systems (2%)
: Ensure compliance with ISO9000:2000 standards in all warehouse operations.
Skills & Experience
IDEALLY looking for, but not essential
3+ years of experience in warehouse and distribution, ideally in healthcare.
Experience with electronic bar-code and inventory systems, including SAP.
Familiarity with cycle counting and discrepancy investigations.
