Attractive salary package + comprehensive compensation & benefits.Performance-driven culture – your efforts are recognised and rewarded.Career growth opportunities – take your career to the next level... the sky's the limit.Autonomy meets support – manage service delivery end-to-end while being mentored by an experienced platform team.You will be working at client's site full time : Huntingwood - SydneyMon to Friday - 37.5 hours per weekWhat You'll Do:OperationalResponsible for ensuring that maintenance activities within the buildings are being carried out with due regard to Health and Safety, business risk and maintaining the 100% uptime criteriaResponsible for maintaining excellent standards of response to Asset performance, completion of assigned work and ensure any abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues are dealt with proficientlyCarry out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks as required within and across HV and LV distribution systems, associated plant / equipment and HVAC mechanical cooling / heating systems as determined by the CMMS system's work ordersMonitor BMS for running and alarm conditions when requiredBuilding walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and other electrical equipment to monitor capacityInvestigate faults, identify root causes, and effect remediesPrepare accurate / timely service/incident reports as requiredEnsure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulationsAssist when/where required with equipment installation works and asset data captureParticipate in emergency call out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, as requiredDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the building(s) infrastructure and their layouts, functions, and complexitiesDeliver effective communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to team meetings, briefings, correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as appropriateBe a point of contact during significant events or multi-discipline technical escalations occurring within the specified sitesAs necessary, participate in any business continuity plans the team may be involved inEnsure data centre operations and CBRE business policies and processes are complied with at your sites i.e., effectively communicated, implemented, and adhered to within the contractEnsure a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
Ensuring contractually agreed SLA's and KPI's within the Scope of Works (SOW) are met and necessary record retention demonstrating adherenceManage contractors/suppliers to ensure maintenance, repairs, and operations are to a high standard and in line with maintenance agreements/SLAsPromote and maintaining the core Values of CBRE and ensure the professional image of CBRE is presented onsite all timesManage other tasks as directed by the clientEscalate relevant matters to superiors as soon as practically possibleProvide relief to the Shift Lead during their absencePeopleProvision of leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, recognition/reward, and appraisal systemsFunctional on boarding of new employees and facilitationCulture carrier and promotes best practiceCustomer Relationship Management - Maintain positive relationship with the Clients/CustomersHold team members accountable to performance standards, managing, understanding, and addressing any underperformance appropriatelyParticipate in work related team meetings and activities as requiredActively promote teamwork within the team, contract, and businessQuality and SafetyQHSE - Responsible for administrative tasks related to QHSEReporting and management of work management systemLogging hazards & customer feedback on the QHSE Management PortalLogbook's complianceMaintaining compliance with all mandatory trainingOthersReceiving supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approvalConstantly improve quality, service, and efficiencyProcess improvementBeing a person who can be turned to for expert knowledge, advice, or reliable performance, especially in a crucial situationWhat You'll need:EssentialMust understand all the associated safety code related requirements relative to providing the service.
Experience with Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Control MeasuresExperience of maintaining critical & temperature control conditioned environmentsDetailed understanding and experience of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Fuel Systems, Switchgear, UPS systems, Battery banks, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Air handling units, chilled water systems, Fire Alarm systems, and Fire Suppression systems (pre-action sprinklers).
Prior exposure to maintenance scheduling and subcontractor management and supervisionStrong understanding of ticketing or workflow management systems and toolsExperience of managing escalation and emergency issuesHVAC/Refrigeration License is required.
