This Veterinary Hospital Group, based in the Inner West area of Sydney are looking for Veterinarians to join their team. You will be supported by a highly competent Practice Manager, amazing nurses, and dedicated support staff. They have a position in their busier larger clinic, or a position in their smaller clinic that is led by a highly experienced Veterinarian who can provide more mentorship in this clinic.

**What will you do in this role?**
- Practice as an associate or senior level Veterinarian, performing surgery, medicine, consulting, and imaging - depending on your experience and interests
- Work within a team of experienced Vets and Vet Nurses, with the support of the Practice Manager, administrative staff, and other support staff members
- If you enjoy mentoring junior/graduate level veterinarians, then furthering your leadership skills and experience in this area
- Contributing as a valued member of the team, in assisting the clinic thrive to greatness and provide the best customer services for their customers and patients

- An experienced and registered associate level or senior level Veterinarian
- Someone who is empathic and has the desire in their heart to save the lives of the pets of Sydney's least fortunate - those who lead a rough life on the streets
- Someone highly organised and willing to work towards developing themselves professionally
- Someone with high attention to detail, good time management skills, and great problem-solving skills
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively, with a positive mindset, and contributing towards a great clinic culture
- Someone who is wanting to be more appreciated and compensated for the hard work they perform and contribute
- A highly generous salary package of up to 160k (including a discretionary scheme), plus superannuation, depending on your experience and performance
- VIN membership, possible use of company car on weekends, and access to WorkHappy (Psychology service)
- Sponsorship if required for highly qualified and eligible overseas Veterinarians - they are visa approved and willing to help overseas vets achieve Permanent Residency
- Full-time hours - and on average 1 in 4 weekend work, with little to no after-hours
