**Traineeship Opportunity - Events Coordinator (Cert III in Events)**

**The Role**: As an Events Coordinator Trainee, you'll be the mastermind behind our exciting events and expos, from concept to execution. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager, helping to coordinate everything from event setup to customer interactions. You'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our events go off without a hitch, and providing top-tier support for our clients and teams.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist in organising and prepping for events: from mapping out the set up of our stands to booking travel for the sales team
- Ensure all admin tasks (invoices, event orders, etc.) are completed on time
- Build relationships with clients, customers, and event organisers
- Manage multiple tasks while keeping everything organised and on track
- Work with the events team and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly
