MRAEL are excited to have launched a new The Bavarian Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program. We are thrilled to bring this program to life with Pacific Concepts and be able to develop future Chefs and upskill young talent. You will work with senior Chefs and a supportive team, have the leadership and guidance of a Culinary Mentor and be supported for the duration of your Apprenticeship or traineeship.

**Hospitality Traineeship - Certificate III in Hospitality**

This Traineeship reflects the role of individuals who have a range of well-developed front of house food and beverage service and sales skills combined with sound product knowledge.

You will gain a range of hands on experience and skills within the workplace whilst completing a Certificate III in Hospitality.

**Work Environment: We are currently seeking a Hospitality Trainee for the following locations.**

**The Bavarian (Broadbeach, Coomera & Robina) -** **Renowned as the Haus of Schnitzels and Steins, The Bavarian celebrates the most popular German dish of all - schnitzel, which partners perfectly with an unrivalled range of imported beers.

**Eligibility**

To be eligible to work as a trainee in QLD you must either have:

- Australian Citizenship
- Australian Permanent Residency
- New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months

This position would also be suitable for individuals interested in cooking, and hospitality.
