As the driving force behind communications initiatives, you'll oversee branch administration and intranet functions, ensuring seamless operations and effective internal communication. Bring your strategic vision and leadership prowess to the forefront as you navigate the dynamic landscape of digital communications and event management.

**Deliverables**

Manage and provide leadership to a team of communication and events professionals, guiding their professional and career development.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to lead the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's events program.

Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals, defining monitoring, reporting, and communication requirements.

Oversee the implementation of public relations and social media plans, disseminating the organization's products, and integrating with existing marketing and communications strategies.

Identify trends and innovations in the discipline of events and communications to ensure effective practices.

Manage and monitor budgets for all organization events to meet targets, including revenue generation, in-kind support, and sponsorship for the annual national conference, providing input into annual budgets for events and other team deliverables.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Significant experience in planning and coordinating marketing communications, public relations and events and stakeholder management.
- Significant experience in managing projects to completion within agreed scope, budget and success criteria.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in marketing and communications software including MailChimp, social media management platforms, event management software and online survey tools.
- Advanced writing and editing skills.

**Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline.**
