Our motto, "your home, our priority," originates from combining industry experts from sales, administration, operations, and construction with the same passion for customer service, facilitating a unique and individualised experience for our customers.We are searching for a dedicated, energetic Senior Draftsperson with 5+ years' experience in single-storey residential construction to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.Requirements of the role:5+ years' experience in single-storey drafting within the residential building industry.Comprehensive knowledge of building and construction.Thorough understanding of Local Government Planning Policies/Developer Guidelines, Building Codes of Australia, and R Codes.Ability to interpret DAPs, LDPs, Structure Plans, Covenants, etc.Advanced skills in ArchiCAD; previous experience with 4D Library is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Are you the right person?
