**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Head of Operations, you will manage operational outcomes including delivering to project management key performance indicators, target customer service levels and financial expenditure budgets. In addition, you will also build and continuously develop best practices in both systems and procedures across the Customer Service, Project Management, Warehousing and Procurement functions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Oversee the daily performance of the total Operations, Procurement, NPD and QA functions in the business;
- Lead and motivate a team of both managers and direct reports - ensuring high levels of retention, employee satisfaction and individual/team performance;
- Manage Operational outcomes including delivering to project management key performance indicators, target customer service levels and financial expenditure budgets;
- Make recommendations for a company-wide system upgrade - integrating PIP with accounting and fulfilment software/ERP;
- Review and implement annually a national rollout strategy across both physical property and operational human resourcing based on the changing needs of the business;
- Oversee the national contractor recruitment, review and management process.

- Have a track record of driving efficiency and achieving results;
- Strong knowledge of production, safety, quality, and maintenance;
- Lean manufacturing expertise and operational excellence experience.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of renewable energy industry regulations and legislative guidelines;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
