We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced dual role Dental Assistant/Receptionist.

You can find out more about our practice here.The Opportunity:We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Toowoomba, QLD practice available for a casual Dental AssistantModern dental practice running a wide range of dental treatmentsFriendly, fun and dedicated teamFree street parking availableBus stop and access to public transport close by10 minutes to the city centreMaintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patientsPrepare patients & facilities for dental treatmentDeliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsTreatment coordinationProvide instrument sterilisationMaintain infection control standards and proceduresMeet and greet patients, providing a great first impressionBook and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient recordsMaking patients aware of dental services and offersHandling paymentsAccessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentialityHigh-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm mannerYou'll be:Available to work 1-2 days per week, with potential for extra hours in the futureIdeally 1+ years' experience working in a similar roleCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regardedYou're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted mannerOur people are at the heart of everything wedo, because we care.
