About the Role
As a Dental Assistant/Sterilisation Nurse in our thriving Toowoomba practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients. With a passion for continuing our dental education, we offer the latest technology, procedures, and equipment and are committed to ongoing staff training and career development.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Dental Assistant or Sterilisation experience (required)
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
- Available to work Friday nights and possible on-call shifts
You are:
- Have the availability to work flexible hours
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
