Casual Receptionist

At the National Convention Centre Canberra (NCCC) we offer an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, dynamic and professional team to deliver truly inspiring events to our guests. Our events range from innovative gala dinners to delicious catering for large multi-day conferences. Our prestigious and diverse range of annual events allow us to showcase our unique product and service to our guests here at the NCCC.

As a Receptionist, you will:

- Be responsible for managing and directing phone enquiries,
- Assist with the carpark and setting up of new permanent parkers
- Create and distribute signage for our events
- Managing coat check / client storage
- General administrative support for our sales office.

We are looking for someone who:

- Can represent the NCCC brand
- Can work closely with our team to develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has a minmum of 1 year experience in an adminsitrative role or similar
- Has a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Has an ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience for our clients
