This role is responsible for communication and training effectiveness across stores and field teams. The Communication & Training Manager will streamline communication platforms and training initiatives to ensure consistent and engaging messaging. The manager will own the content and delivery of weekly bulletins across the brands, manage store-level communication channels and lead change communications to convey key messages aligned with brand voice.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Streamline communication platforms and initiatives to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across store and field teams
- Manage store-level communication channels, including Workday and Teams
- Lead change communications to convey key messages aligned with brand voice
- Contribute to the training strategy with a focus on retail needs and brand-specific requirements, in collaboration with the People team
- Coordinate with other Retail Operations teams to identify high-priority areas that require training material or content
- Coordinate the delivery of training content with field teams and stores
- Support events and conferences designed to upskill and enable store and Regional Managers
- Facilitate communication and training initiatives that enhance the skills of retail teams
- Take accountability for the outcomes of the entire team, ensuring it aligns with the broader business strategy and delivers on key objectives
- Collaborate across group, building team cohesion and connection, to inspire and bring our House of Brands strategy to life.

**Key Capabilities**
- 5-7 years of experience in communication and training management, preferably within a retail environment
- Proficient in using communication and training platforms (e.g. Workday, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Passion for CRG brand, with an understanding of distinct brand tones and messaging styles
- Ability to lead change initiatives and communicate key messages effectively
- Familiarity with content management systems and training delivery methodologies.
