**The role**

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to join Crown Resorts as a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Lead - Corporate Services. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Agile Sourcing Manager, this role will oversee the SRM framework to drive continuous improvement across our properties in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. You'll be responsible for developing two-way, mutually beneficial relationships with our strategic contracted suppliers and partners to deliver value, whilst managing and mitigating supplier risk, and assuring performance management of all suppliers.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Work collaboratively with a broad range of procurement teams, stakeholders and suppliers
- Improving business partnering, supplier innovation and supplier responsiveness to Crown's needs
- Supporting financial deliverables for the role, including cost savings and containment across approx. $250m p.a. of supplier spend
- Develop and implement an SRM Framework for Crown Procurement.
- Managing select suppliers to ensure that Crown captures the full value from the contract.
- Working with select suppliers to ensure delivery against agreed contractual KPIs, including measurement, reporting and support.
- Create a framework that enables a focus on these longer term outcomes, whilst retaining day to day operational delivery

**You'll bring to the role**:

- Solid knowledge or experience in a procurement, purchasing or supply chain environment
- Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced and complex environments
- Commercial savviness, with excellent ability with influencing and negotiating with various stakeholders
- Ambition to drive continuous improvement in processes and relationships across all properties
- A confident, professional & partnership-oriented approach to suppliers, stakeholders & business partners
- Ability to obtain all required Casino Special Employee Licenses
