About the Role
As the Development & Integration Lead, you will:
Lead the design, development, and governance of integration services, application development, and workflow automation platforms.
Champion modern application development, Agile practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and accelerate delivery.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of integration solutions and development pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless interoperability.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and integration developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to align digital solutions with strategic objectives and ensure value creation.
Introduce and refine processes, frameworks, and operating models to enhance service ownership, scalability, and operational excellence.
About You
Demonstrated experience in leading technology teams and establishing new capabilities, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams.
Proven experience across modern development and integration technologies, including cloud platforms and AI-driven tools.
Strong technical and architectural knowledge of integration patterns, software development practices, and modern application frameworks.
Proven ability to embed modern engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in designing and embedding frameworks, processes, and governance structures to enable scalable and efficient delivery.
