About the Position:

The Technical Lead will spearhead the creation, implementation and governance of integration services, application development and workflow automation platforms.

Key responsibilities include promoting cutting-edge application development, Agile methodologies and emerging technologies to drive innovation and accelerate delivery. Additionally, overseeing the deployment and maintenance of integration solutions and development pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability and seamless interoperability.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in leading technology teams and establishing new capabilities, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams. Proven experience across modern development and integration technologies, including cloud platforms and AI-driven tools is essential.

A strong technical and architectural knowledge of integration patterns, software development practices and modern application frameworks is also required. The ability to embed modern engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and drive digital transformation initiatives is crucial.
