- Are you ready to revolutionise procurement and drive impactful strategies within our Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Category?
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager, our Procurement team is looking for an experienced **Category Specialist** to lead key initiatives and enhance performance. This role is pivotal in achieving outstanding commercial outcomes and boosting efficiency in high-volume procurement.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**: Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain a strategic industry overview.
- Work closely with our supply partners to monitor and review contract KPIs.
- Lead the development of strategic planning as we look to transform the category.
- Ensure contract compliance.
- Evaluate vendor performance.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Category Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in industries such as mining, construction, forestry, infrastructure assets, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Proven contract lifecycle management experience.
- Understanding of advanced sourcing concepts.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work in team and autonomously.
- Exposure to SAP ARIBA or similar ERP.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
