**What you'll be doing**
You will be part of a customer-focused organisation with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. You will also have the security of a long-term contract opportunity beginning at 6 months, but with recent trends of expanding this by another 6 months with possible conversations to permanent after a good performance.

You will be a key influencer in a high-profile work program, having a refreshing balance of new project work and BAU support.

**What we're looking for**
- A balance of experience across leading projects and supporting Operations
- A CSM (Certified Scrum Master Qualification) will be favourable
- Experience in motivating, empowering and coaching ambitious teams, including the Product Owner
