We're looking for a passionatePharmacy Administration Assistantto join our high performing Administration Department on a Fixed-term Full-time basis (38 hours per week) roster from Monday to Friday.
All the training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute effectively to the team's success
Process scripts efficiently, following our streamlined company procedures.
Support managers and supervisors by assisting staff with inquiries about the validity of orders or formulas.
Thoroughly check each order after processing before progressing it.
Work with Pharmacists to ensure orders are appropriate for the species, doses within the range based on literature references and comply with current legislative requirements.
Make outbound calls, answer customer questions, and keep customers informed about any delays.
What You Will Bring to Our Team
A passionate to help animals is a must.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable.
Prior experience in Pharmacy is highly desirable.
Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
