About The Role

A day in your life as a BWS Team Member includes engaging with customers, advocating for BWS loyalty programs, maintaining stock on shelves, keeping a safe and clean environment, and upholding responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Be yourself and shine in your role.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable moments
Advocate for BWS loyalty programs and explain benefits and product offerings
Ensure stock is available on shelves to provide customers with the best choices
Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and teammates
Uphold service of alcohol guidelines
Be yourself and contribute positively to the team
About You
Confidently engage with customers to provide a positive, engaging experience
Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
Ambition to grow your career within the business
Active lifestyle; comfortable with a higher daily step count
Desire to leave a positive imprint in any role you grow into
