About the role: You will be part of a team that focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and responsible service of alcohol, in a safe and clean store environment.
Responsibilities- Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable moments for customers
- Advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
- Ensure stock is available on shelves to provide customers with the best choices
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
- Uphold service of alcohol guidelines
- Be yourself and bring your energy to the role
- Confidently talk with customers to provide an engaging experience
- Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
- Desire to grow your career within the business
- Active lifestyle and willingness to be mobile in-store
