This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-month contract paying $45.07/Hour + Super. This role is located in Parramatta

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a SEQ Systems Officer with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for Administering the SEQ system/documents, this will include scheduling/coordination of document review with document owners.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Administer the SEQ system/documents, this will include scheduling/coordination of document review with document owners
- Review documentation and update in line with the current operations/practices and ISO standards
- Report on SEQ key performance indicators and progress towards annual SEQ goals and contribute towards system improvements
- Coordinate/conduct internal SEQ audits and inspections and assist with third party audits
- Update and maintain records and databases
- There will also be some opportunity to provide admin support and make improvements to our admin systems.

**About You**
- Demonstrated ability to manage a SEQ system.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a small team environment and to provide effective support to the organisation.
