You will be a well-rounded and self-motivated individual who will hit the ground running and have a very good general understanding of the accounts process. You will have clearly demonstrated experience in an accounts administration role and have excelled in this area.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Invoice management and processing
- Follow up of overdue accounts
- Provide support to Accounts using your Accounts Payable & Receivable knowledge
- Review and process supplier payments
- Investigating and resolving all customer and supplier enquiries
- Daily cash and cheque deposit
- General Administration and reception duties like answering and directing calls, scanning/filing, and ordering office supplies

**We are looking for the following skills and experience**:

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar AP/AR role
- Previous experience with the Pentana/DMS/ERA net accounting package would be highly desirable
- Strong administration skills
- You can manage your time and get the work done
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You have a good knowledge of computer systems and digital platforms - including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Approval Max
- You enjoy seeing the task through to completion, problem solving and working collaboratively with your team and other departments

- Attention to detail is crucial while meeting the expectations of this high-volume role within a dynamic work environment
