You might be on our team sooner than you can imagine.About the RoleWe are looking for Mental Health Trained Support Workers, available for clients based in our Adelaide suburbs.This role includes:Building and maintaining trusting and meaningful working relationships with our clients, their circle of support, and the community.Assisting our clients to achieve personal goals.Facilitating community inclusion and participation.Encouraging positive and socially appropriate behavior, and effectively managing challenging behaviors.Providing personal care where required and personalized support in accordance with the personal plan.Providing individual support services and direct care for people with mental illness and disabilities.Supporting the client in the community, including participation in programs.Transportation of clients to community engagements.Completion of reports including incident reports, progress notes, and shift handovers.Availability to work Monday to Friday or on a weekday rotating roster in 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL).
